Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using From Vibe to Shipped's website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
From Vibe to Shipped provides code audit, security review, and consulting services for software applications. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before each engagement.
Consultations
Initial consultations are provided free of charge for up to 30 minutes. These consultations are for assessment purposes and do not constitute a full code audit or guarantee of service.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Confidentiality
We treat all client code and business information as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your code or sensitive information without your explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to your code. Any recommendations, fixes, or improvements we provide become your property upon payment. We may retain anonymised learnings for our own professional development.
Limitations of Service
Our code audits and security reviews are conducted with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified or that your application will be completely secure after our review. Security is an ongoing process.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, From Vibe to Shipped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
